Hi Grace. Feels weird to comment here, but if it's the best place to reach you...

I just wanted to tell you that I've finished the ARC of Dumpling Days, and I loved it. I visited Taiwan a few years ago, and your book brought back a lot of memories. Now I want nothing more than to go back, to visit RT Mart, FamilyMart, all of the cute stationery stores, and eat ice cream on top of the 101 again. So thanks for bringing me back to a time that I've not thought about for a long time. I know it's just an ARC, but you should know that Taiwan issues its own stamps separate from China. So if Pacy wants to mail a postcard to Melody, the stamp should be NT$12 and she should include the country.

Good job; I'm eager to read the final.

Hello! I'm glad you enjoyed "Dumpling Days!" The postcard stamp is changed in the final book, I think the final illustration says "Republic of China Taiwan"--I copied it from a stamp I found online (crossing my fingers it is accurate!). Thanks for bringing that to my attention to double check, it's so easy important details like that to fall through!
